As you can see, this model is based on the Musicman Stingray.

The body is made of mahogany.

High-quality mahogany is readily available in Indonesia, so that's likely why it was chosen.

The neck and fretboard are made of hard maple.

It features a bright sound with excellent attack.

The pickups are Standard MM Pickups, and the preamp is a Marcus Heritage-3.

For this type of model, the performance and placement of the pickups, as well as the preamp, are extremely important elements.

SIRE uses its own original designs for both.

In particular, the preamp is not a repurposed version of the original JB preamp; they developed a dedicated preamp called the Heritage-3.

The controls are volume, treble, middle, and bass.

Pulling up the bass knob bypasses the preamp, allowing it to operate passively.

Since the Musicman Stingray doesn't have a passive option, many will likely see this as a positive feature.

The fretboard and fretwork are exceptional.

While this is expected for this price range, it's also comparable to higher-priced models, boasting a high level of quality.

The nut width is 42mm, following the Musicman Stingray style and being slightly wider.

The sound is a crisp, strong high end and tight low end—exactly the MM-style sound you'd expect.

Until now, there haven't been many options for this type of guitar, but I feel that a truly excellent replica has finally arrived. Highly recommended.

The frets have approximately 90% remaining.
