ZON is a bass guitar brand established in 1981.

Its designs, which actively incorporate new materials such as graphite and phenowood, are highly regarded and favored by musicians like tetsuya and Michael Manring. (Titles omitted)

The Legacy Elite is known as their most popular model.

This is a prototype manufactured in Japan.

The body top is made of Koa wood, and the body back is made of Mahogany.

While typical USA-made models feature a composite neck primarily composed of graphite and a phenowood fingerboard, this Japanese-made instrument likely uses a maple neck and ebony fingerboard.

The neck and headstock are finished in gloss black.

The pickups are Bartolini original soapbar type, and the preamp is a Bartolini NTCT.

The pure, clear sound and straightforward response, characteristic of ZON, are very distinctive.

Due to its wood-based neck construction, it has a more open and brilliant tone compared to USA-made models.
