The company has many famous models such as SBV, SG, and BB, but the TRB series is loved along with them.

This is the signature model of master John Patitucci.

It is based on TRB and has some unique structures.
There are different versions now, and this is an early model.

The body is made of Figured Maple for the top and back, and the core is made of Ash and Alder.

The neck is a laminate type made of 3 pieces of Maple pasted together.
The method of making a neck by gluing multiple pieces of wood together is a method to reduce left-right differences and individual differences, and to obtain higher stability.

The fingerboard is black Ebony.
Ebony of this quality is now rare.

The PU is an original single coil and is also equipped with an original preamplifier.

It is characterized by a very deep and dense sound.
It has a good balance from bottom to top, and I think it is a perfect 6-string bass.

Approximately 75% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is completely loose.
The nut groove of the neck is a little low, so if the neck is straight or the string height is set low, there is a possibility of buzzing with open strings. Currently, the neck is slightly warped according to GIB standards, and can be played without problems with a neck of 1.8 to 2.8 mm (12F or above).
The condition of the body and paint surface is that there are some dents and scratches here and there.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The PU has been replaced with one made by Lane Poor. The handle part of the tuning machine has been replaced with one made by Ibanez. Strap pins are made by Jim Dunlop.
