【new】Sadowsky / ML21 VJ4 ASH BLK STN 3.705kg #G006053-25【GIB Yokohama】

Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand whose clientele includes top musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee.

Until now, Metroline guitars were manufactured in Japan, but with Warwick taking over distribution of Sadowsky products, production has moved to the Warwick factory in Germany.

Since the Japanese-made Metroline models were originally highly acclaimed, there were concerns about a decline in quality, but seeing the actual guitars shows no need for excessive worry.

The neck feels a little thinner than Japanese-made models, and there are also differences in the roundness of the body joint.

The previous Metroline guitars featured solid bodies.
However, like the NYC model, the new Metroline guitars feature a chambered body.
This makes them lighter, weighing in at just under 3kg, and provides just the right amount of back support for playability.

The excellent electronics produce a powerful sound even with a low string height.

They achieve a high level of balance between playability and sound quality.

The pickups are said to be different from both the old Metro Line and the NYC, but the sound feels neat and beautifully designed.
There's no peaky feeling and it seems easy to use.
