Description & Condition
Description & Condition
This is the successor model to their acoustic guitar preamp equipped with a vacuum tube.
The circuit was redesigned for the 2S model, resulting in improved resolution and significantly reduced noise.
Furthermore, the LED has been changed to blue as a GIB-exclusive feature.
The wide range and speedy sound are characteristic of equipment using vacuum tubes, and these characteristics are precisely what is required for acoustic guitar equipment.
For the vacuum tube, which is the core of the sound, the Electro-Harmonix 12AU7 EH was selected with performance as the top priority.
Simply running the signal through this pedal beautifully transforms the sound.
The bite of wound strings and the bell-like nuances of plain strings are expressed with incredible three-dimensionality.
This unit features a 3-band equalizer optimized for acoustic guitars and a balanced output.
The input gain can be adjusted with a small knob, making it compatible with various pickups such as piezo and magnetic pickups. There are not many effect pedals that approach vacuum tubes with such purity and incorporate their sound to this extent.
Please try it out.
GIB's craftsmen will deliver it to you after rigorous inspection.
