The Precision Bass, the world's first fretted solid-body electric bass, instantly captivated bassists worldwide.

Its brilliance remains unchanged and beloved even more than half a century after its creation.

This particular bass features a 2023 American Vintage II neck combined with a 1982-1984 JV serial-era Squier body.

While difficult to determine from the wood grain, the body material is likely Alder, Sen, or Basswood.

Please understand that this is speculation and not a definitive identification.

The neck is Maple, and the fingerboard is a slab-board Rosewood.

The pickups are original.

This bass is characterized by its powerful, robust low end and rich, open midrange, typical of a Precision Bass.

It fits seamlessly into all genres, including R&B, rock, and pop.

The frets have approximately 90% remaining.

The truss rod is in good condition.

The neck is in good condition.

The body and paintwork show signs of wear, including dents and scratches. The metal parts also show some tarnishing. There is a burn mark of approximately 15.0mm on the headstock.
