Previously, the Metroline Express was manufactured in Japan, but with Warwick taking over the distribution of Sadowsky products, manufacturing moved to a factory in China.

While the logo and specifications have since changed slightly, this is an earlier model.

The body is Okume, the neck is Maple, and the fretboard is Pau Ferro.

The pickups are Passive Sadowsky J.

The preamp is original.

The preamp circuit board is almost identical to that of top-of-the-line models priced around 1 million yen, which is a significant advantage.

The strap pins have been replaced with Jim Dunlop ones.

While keeping the selling price down, high quality is maintained, making it a very unique and distinctive product in its price range.

The powerful and crisp sound sounds a little more flamboyant than recent NYC models.

Some people might even prefer this sound if they only listen to it.
