The zoom was founded in Chiyoda -ku, Tokyo in 1983, and is a manufacturer that focuses on acoustic equipment such as multi -effectors, handle coders, MTRs (multi -track recorders), and rhythm machines for guitar bass.

B3n is a successor to Zoom B3, a multi -effector for bass that is used by many bassists.
