ZOOM was founded in 1983 in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo.

We support musicians by manufacturing audio equipment such as guitar and bass multi-effects pedals, handheld recorders, MTRs, and rhythm machines.

This is a relatively new model, the B2 FOUR.

While maintaining the ease of use that's characteristic of ZOOM, it offers updated sound quality with 11 preamps and 82 built-in effects.

Some minor scratches and signs of use are visible. It works well.

This item is meticulously inspected by GIB craftsmen before delivery.

● Repurchase price guarantee

If you sell your item within six months of purchase, we guarantee a repurchase price of your item. This guarantee applies to new items at 50% of the original purchase price and used items at 70% of the original purchase price.

● Defect Warranty

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be provided only if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by parts repaired or modified by parties other than Basic.
- If the name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or is lost.

The product will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.
