Description & Condition

YAMAHA has been supporting the Japanese guitar industry since the dawn of Japanese guitar making, and is the Japanese Gibson, so to speak.

The company has many famous models such as the Pacifica, SG, and BB, and this is the SGV, a model full of character.

It has a unique body with an original shape and an original pickup layout.
The front pickup is a slanted single coil pickup and the rear pickup is two single coil pickups connected in parallel. The sound can also be produced by three coils at the same time.

Equipped with a newly developed tremolo unit with ball bearings and roller saddles, the pitch change during arming is very smooth.

The remaining frets are approximately 90%.
The truss rod is in good condition and the neck is in good condition.
Controls are 3-way Toggle Switch, RearPU Direct switch, 1Volume, 1Tone, Balancer.
There are some scratches and dents on the body, and the gold parts are tarnished and peeled due to age.
The strap pin has been changed to a shear-type locking pin.
