Instruments purchased at our shop are entitled to a free 'string vibration set-up' (normally 4,400 yen) for life. (Reservations required)

Please present your warranty card with your name written on it.
The warranty is valid only for the person who purchased the instrument from the GIB and TONIQ physical and online shops.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and other costs.

Re-purchase value guarantee.

We guarantee the purchase price if you part with your purchase within six months of purchase. The amount is 50% for new items and 70% for used items.

Guarantee against defects

Products sold by Basic Ltd are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of certain products, such as consignment items, we will repair free of charge (or return and refund if this is not possible) any defects that occur during a certain warranty period after purchase and use within normal limits.

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
