WHIRLWIND is a brand that develops audio equipment.

This model is a switcher that switches between mute and through by means of a switch.
It operates passively, but when phantom power is present, the switch can be identified on/off by an LED.

There are some slight signs of use on the exterior, but overall it is a beautiful item.
