Warwick is a global guitar and bass brand based in Germany.
In recent years, the company has begun distributing world-class brands such as Sadowski.
The company has a growing presence in many areas and has released a number of attractive products.
Many top artists such as Stuart Zender, Jonas Hellborg, and Robert Trujillo have used Warwick basses.
They have made their greatness known to the world.
Their new experimental release is the Streamette.
It literally mixes the style of the flagship Streamer with the Fender-like balance of the Corvette.
Being a CS/Master Build series, it is literally a top-of-the-line line.
The Streamette CS and Master Build models are limited to 35 pieces worldwide, including both 4-string and 5-string models, and only one of each is available in Japan.
All of the CS Streamettes that came to Japan, one each, went into GIB and were sold in the past.
So this one is a return of that.
Mainly the horn section has Corvette-like elements, and the distance and balance with the first fret when hung by the strap has Fender-like elements.
The main part of the body is a Streamer-like design, so it feels very Warwick-like in its playing comfort and sound.
The body is made of AAAA grade quilted maple on the top and Etimoe on the back.
The neck is laminated wenge and etymoe. (4-string model is 5P, 5-string is 7P).
The top-of-the-line model has a through neck joint, which gives it a "typical" high-class feel.
Nordstrand pickups are used.
Preamp is MEC as before, with 3-band EQ.
The sound is a bit drier and more open than before.
However, the basic Warwick character is strong, and there is a strong sense of tradition and the concept of the brand.
This is the latest and finest product from the traditional Warwick.

Almost no fret wear.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck has a little more forward twist on the 1st string side than the 5th string side.
There is a slight high up, but the string height on the 12th fret is 2.0mm on the 1st string side and 2.8mm on the 5th string side, and there is no chattering or clogging.
The condition of the body and painted surface is quite clean and no scratches can be found.
It can be said to be as good as new.
If I had to say, there is only a scratch on the front pickup cover.
No clear modification points were found.
