Description & Condition

Teisco is a Japanese brand that manufactured and sold a number of musical instruments such as synthesizers and amplifiers as well as electric guitars and basses for about 37 years from 1948 to 1985.

It is still popular among Bizarro guitars due to its unique looks and multi-functional switches and other features that take advantage of its technology.

This is a simplified version of the Spectrum 5, Teisco's top-of-the-line model.

It has a unique body shape and is equipped with split-coil type pickups.
These can be turned on and off with a slide switch located on the pickguard.
Furthermore, a low-cut switch can be used to produce a unique sound with a kind of chiming, jangly quality.

This model is full of originality in both looks and sound.
The Bizar Guitar is still very popular today, and we invite you to experience it for yourself.

The frets are approximately 90% full.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork are in good condition, with a 4mm ding and a 5mm scratch on the head and a few 4mm dings on the body.
The joint plate is scratched and there is a crack in the paint at the neck joint.
