Description & Condition
Description & Condition
Sire became famous as the brand that released the bass supervised by Marcus Miller.
The quality of the guitars and basses they produce is very high, and they are highly supported by people other than Marcus fans.
This model is based on the Jazz bass.
Alder is used for the body material and Ebony for the fingerboard.
According to the previous owner, he asked Ikebe Musical Instruments to process it to be fretless.
Combined with the fact that it has an ebony fingerboard, it fits well.
It has a classic feel, but in the style of Marcus, it has an active circuit, making it a modern classic spec.
Controls include volume, tone, balancer, bass, middle, middle frequency, treble, active-passive switching SW and lots more.
It may seem complicated at first glance, but from a bassist's point of view it makes sense.
It has a tight but overtone-rich, powerful sound that contains just the right amount of comp.
If you are simply looking for a quality jazz bass, this is the model to try.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork are in good condition overall, with a few scratches and some screw marks on the PU fence.
