This is a jazz bass type produced by Yumi Onkyo, which used to work as an import agent for Seymour Duncan.
The body looks like Flame maple and the fingerboard looks like Ebony.
Maple is often used for fingerboard materials and body top decoration, but when used on the body, it has a smooth attack and straight tone, and is actually actively used by Warwick and other instruments.
