Sadowsky is a New York-based high-end brand whose customers include top musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee.
Among Sadowsky's products, the preamplifiers are the most highly regarded by musicians.
The preamplifiers are highly valued for their ability to support precise positioning within an ensemble.
The outboard version of the preamp is equally well-loved, and this is the latest version of it.
It is very simple for a modern pedal, with only Treble and Bass boost EQ.
The frequency range is 40Hz for Bass and 4kHz for Treble.
The boost range is +18dB.
Two models are available, the SBP-1 and SBP-2, depending on whether they have a footswitch with or without a mute function and a DI function.
If you are looking for a preamp with a new character, this model is a must-try.
You will feel it is worth it.
There are some minor scratches and scuffs. Operation is good.
