Description & Condition
Sadowsky is a renowned New York brand, boasting a long list of top musicians, including Marcus Miller, Will Lee, and Tal Wilkenfeld. (Titles omitted)
This model is a Japanese-made Metroline guitar, which is sadly no longer in production.
It's a special Slap Master model.
As a custom guitar, it's likely to be nearly identical to the Sadowsky TYO.
The body is made of ash and the fingerboard is made of maple, popular specs.
The block inlays on the fingerboard appear to be post-processing.
The pickups are Sadowsky Humcancelling J pickups.
The preamp is a Classic Sadowsky Treble and Bass Boost preamp.
The bridge is an OMEGA BASS with the same specs as the Badass.
The passive tone has been eliminated, and the gap between the strings and pickguard is narrower than before.
The Slap Master is made using a slightly different method than traditional Sadowsky designs, with a neck that prioritizes smoother playability.
Although it's called a Slap Master, I would recommend this over the regular model for those looking for a crisper, old-school NYC sound.
Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
- Please present your signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser from a GIB or TONIQ store or online store is eligible.
- Please note that shipping and other related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
● Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new instruments and 70% for used instruments.
● Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
