NS DESIGN by Ned Steinberger, known as Steinberger.
They currently release products such as electric basses and electric upright basses.

This model is the CR6 Radius Bass, made in the style of an electric bass.

The body top is beautiful flame maple and the back is also maple.
The neck is also maple and the fingerboard is ebony.

Most of the body is made of maple, which is probably why it has a straight sound and response.
Pedulla and others are sometimes made entirely of maple, and people who like it really like it.

Some people might think it sounds too hard, but it's not. (Which means you can feel it when you play this bass).

The electrical area is hardened with EMG.
The magnetic PU is an EMG 45 TW, plus a piezo PU.

Piezo PUs often lack bass and have a crunchy texture, and many bassists in particular may shy away from them because of this impression.

However, that was a mistake.
This bass piezo has plenty of bass, rich in overtones, but without losing the speedy, raw texture that is typical of piezos.
It's a great balance.

It blends perfectly with the magnetic PU, and no matter how you mix it, you get a great sound that doesn't break the bank.

The pre-amp is of course also made by EMG.

A really nice bass with a strong Steinberger philosophy.

Very little fret wear.
The truss rod action feels a bit stiff, but we have confirmed at least 90° of movement.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and painted surfaces can be described as like new with very few scratches.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.
