Description & Condition
Description & Condition
MOON is a long-established guitar brand representing Japan.
It is highly regarded by many professional artists, and Mitsuru Sudo and Larry Graham are known to be patrons of the brand.
Moon specializes most in the JB style, but the Groove Master is also very popular.
It is inspired by PB, but in the style of PJ.
This is a special order model from Ishibashi Musical Instruments.
The body is white ash, and the fingerboard and neck are maple.
So-called ash-maple, a standard combination.
PU is OXALIS, and white cover is rare.
Paint is all done in matte natural. This is also rare.
Tuners are GOTOH GB640 with reverse winding.
The pick guard is clear acrylic, but it glows purple when exposed to ultraviolet light.
I had never heard of such a material before.
The purple color on the white ash is very cool.
It is lightweight and has an attractive nuance that makes it bakorn and bold.
Moon is a brand that can make really beautiful and easy-to-play instruments. It is wonderful.
By the way, the moon logo is silver-colored.
Could this also be a custom?
The remaining frets are roughly 90%.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and painted surface does not show much signs of use. It is a like-new item.
The electrical system is in good condition.
Alpha A500k is used for the tone pot. It is rare.
No clear modification points were found.
