Mayones is a high-brand Polish manufacturer of advanced guitars and basses.
Used by top musicians such as Hadrien Feraud, Federico Malaman and many others, the company is well-known for its competence.
The Jabba is a more developed model based on the traditional jazz bass motif.
This one is unique in that the PU layout is PJ.
The PU is made by Delano.
The body top is made of beautiful Flamed Maple and painted in a beautiful fade colour.
The body back is Alder and the neck and fingerboard are Maple.
The neck pocket is signed 0039/2020/44.
Signed on the neck end '039/20/44 SLEEK ELITE'.
This guitar was imported to Japan by SLEEK ELITE and inspected by SLEEK ELITE.
It is characterised by very smooth playability and a pleasant response feel that both supports and is supported by it.
The neat sound from the Delano PU and original preamp goes without saying and is of excellent quality.
The frets are approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paintwork is good, with a 90 mm scratch on the body back.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The pickups have been replaced with Delano PMVC5 FE/M2 and JMVC5 FE/M2. The pickguard has been replaced to match the neck PU shape. The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller type (gold colour). The jack was defective on arrival and has been replaced by a switchcraft jack at GIB.
