LTD is a brand under the ESP umbrella, one of Japan's leading guitar brands, which has gained worldwide fame along with Fender and Gibson.
This model is a signature model of James Hetfield of METALLICA, a world-renowned metal band.
The design is based on the traditional Les Paul design, but with a lot of ideas.
The body top is made of hard maple and the body back is made of mahogany.
The aged finish gives this model a very cool design that looks like it has been used.
The neck is Mahogany and the fingerboard is Rosewood.
EMG JH-N pickup is mounted on the neck position and EMG JH-B pickup is mounted on the bridge position.
These are James Hetfield's signature pickups and produce a clear and powerful sound.
The tuning machines are Sperzel locking pegs, and the bridge is TonePros T3BT & T1Z, with simple and practical specs.
