Ibanez is a leading Japanese guitar brand that is recognized worldwide along with Fender and Gibson.
The SR series is a long-running series, and the combination of a slim body and neck with powerful electronics is well balanced and highly regarded worldwide.
This is a 1989 SR made in Japan.
As is typical of Ibanez, the sound and playability aspects are well balanced.
The slim neck and compact body ensure playability, while the powerful electronics provide a high quality sound output.
A distinctive feature is that it is equipped with a true low-impedance PU with a low number of windings itself.
It is designed to be combined with an active circuit, which results in a low noise and delicate sound.

The remaining frets are approximately 70%.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition. There are some dents and scratches.
The condition of the body and painted surface is generally faded yellow, although the original color is white. Scattered dents and scratches are visible. The strap pins on the body end are loose, but they do not currently fall out. The torque of the balancer knob is a little heavy.
