Ibanez is a leading Japanese guitar brand that is recognized worldwide along with Fender and Gibson.
This model is a modern bass with a headless design released by Ibanez from Bass Work Shop.

The headless design is a new and advanced design that has not been popular until now, but the harmonious balance of the overall design shows the high quality of the design.

The balance of the bass when held in position is excellent, and even those who normally play Fender-type basses may not feel as uncomfortable as it looks.

The body top is made of exotic-looking burl poplar, and the back is made of African mahogany.
The neck is a laminated type made of panga-panga and walnut, and the fingerboard is made of panga-panga.

Pangapanga is an unfamiliar wood, but it looks like wenge and has a smooth grain.
I have seen it used in several of these models, and it seems to have no strength issues.

The PU is a Nordstrand Big Split.
Nordstrand is often used in higher-priced basses, so it is strange in a positive way that it is used in this price range.

The sound and playability aspects are well-balanced, as is typical of the brand.
The slim neck and compact body ensure playability, while the powerful electronics provide a quality sound output.

Until now, basses incorporating this kind of design have only existed in the very expensive price range.
This is an ambitious product that opens up the market by competing at a price point that has never been seen before.

Very little fret wear.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
As for the condition of the body and paint surface, there is a ding and paint peeling between the neck end and the neck pickup on the first string side of the body top. There are other dents of about 1~2 mm, but they are relatively clean.
As for the condition of the electrical system, the movement of the treble (passive tone) knob seems to be more jerky than the others. It works fine during treble, but during passive tone, it makes a buzzing noise when turned.
No clear modification points were found.
