The NB505 is a bass guitar from the newly launched ""NEXT SERIES.""
It is equipped with modern and comprehensive specifications, including fanned frets and an active circuit.

The sophisticated body shape is made of mahogany.

The neck features a maple and walnut laminate design.
By bonding several pieces of wood together to form the neck, the difference between the left and right sides is reduced, resulting in high stability and durability.

The fingerboard is made of walnut and has a flat fingerboard radius of 12 inches.

The neck shape is relatively thin, with a slim C-shape.

The guitar is equipped with an original preamp, and the 3-band EQ allows for flexible sound shaping.
The EQ has practical frequency bands of BASS 50Hz, MIDDLE 1kHz, and TREBLE 6kHz.

Controls include volume (switch between active and passive with a push-pull switch), balancer, BASS, MIDDLE, and TREBLE. (The preamp gain can be adjusted from the back panel.)

The balance is excellent, and even those who normally play Fender basses will find the HEX NB easy to play.

The sound is clear and crisp, as expected from a headless instrument, but it retains its musical overtones and rich bass.

The basic neck quality is extremely high, making it highly playable, and it's hard to argue that it's inferior to instruments costing around ¥200,000.

Overall, this is an excellent product with high quality in terms of looks, playability, and sound.

No special strings are required for headless basses; the same strings as those used on regular basses (Jazz Bass and Precision Bass) can be used.

The headless design may scare you off, but we encourage you to try it out for yourself.
You'll be amazed at the high quality.
