Description & Condition
Guild is a traditional guitar brand with a history dating back to the 1950s.
They are particularly renowned for their acoustic-inspired guitars.
Beloved by many artists, Guild's products have been a favorite of Jack Casady, Slash (of Guns N' Roses), and Muddy Waters. (Titles omitted)
This model is the STARFIRE BASS, released in 1967 and beloved by legendary bassists like Jack Casady and Phil Lesh.
The body and neck are mahogany.
The fingerboard is ebony.
The pickups are original.
It offers a very warm, full bass range and a sweet, harmonically rich yet sweet high range.
The short 30.75-inch scale and hollowbody construction produce a distinctively thick, warm sound.
For those who typically play solid basses, this instrument's playing feel and sound will be irresistibly fresh and appealing.
Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is currently playable at 2.0mm, 2.6mm, 3.0mm, and 2.5mm from the 1st string at the 12th fret.
The body and paint show small air bubble-like marks throughout. There are also occasional scratches and dents. There is also some tarnish on the metal parts.
The electrical system is in good condition.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

● Defect Warranty
All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be accepted only if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than Basic.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or is lost.
