This model is an SE700 manufactured in 1978.
Sen is used for the body material.
It is a Japanese wood with characteristics similar to ash, a standard material for electric guitars.
Maple is used for the neck.
The fingerboard is made of rosewood, a standard combination.
Three original single coil pickups are installed.
The hard Sen body, which was made in Japan during this period, produces a crisp, yet powerful sound.
This Japan Vintage is still very popular today.
