Description & Condition
Gibson is the king of the guitar world, having created many famous instruments.
Guitars are especially popular, but basses with unique looks and rock sound are also very popular.
This is a Triumph Bass manufactured in 1978.
As you can see, it has an LP shape.
The body and neck are Mahogany, and the fingerboard is Rosewood, a wood composition typical of Gibson.
It is equipped with a very distinctive low-impedance PU.
This is an attempt to reduce signal degradation even when running long cables.
Although passive, the multifunctional circuit supports flexible sound creation.
The remaining frets are approximately 60%.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works at about 90 degrees.
The neck is in high condition. Due to the structure of the bridge, fine string height adjustment is not possible.
The condition of the body and painted surface is commensurate with its age, with scattered dents, scratches, and stains throughout. There are marks where the strap pins have been relocated. There is a chip on the control panel where the screw is fixed.
The electrical system is in good condition.
