Description & Condition
Gibson is the king of the guitar world, having created many famous instruments.
Guitars are particularly popular, but basses with unique looks and rock sound are also very popular.
This is a gem from the traditional EB series, which was recently renewed.
It is a special piece with inlays commemorating the 120th anniversary.
It has a well-balanced design that does not look like a Gibson in a sense, so it does not look out of place even if you switch from a Fender.
Ash body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and Fender-like specs.
However, the neck joint is a traditional set neck, and it is installed at an angle.
This is the originality of the design.
The neck is a 3-piece laminated type, quarter sawn.
Whether quarter sawn wood itself is superior or not is open to debate, but the fact that the wood is selected and used should contribute greatly to the quality of the instrument.
The scale is 34 inches.
The pickups are powerful humbucking pickups that can also be operated as single coils with a push-pull switch.
This allows you to use either a low-noise, powerful humbucker sound even when the balance is swung, or a sharp single-coil sound when mixed.
The sound is very Gibson-like and practical, although it is more familiar to Fender players in terms of playing comfort and playability.
It is not very popular, but I think there are many people who like it a lot.
The frets are approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and painted surface is beautiful, with no noticeable scratches. The pickguard film is still attached.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No clear modification points were found.
