Gibson is the king of the guitar world, having created many famous instruments.
While guitars are particularly popular, basses with unique looks and rock sound are also very popular.

This model is the EB-1, sometimes called a violin bass.
It is a reissue model probably from around 1969.

It has a very pleasant sound with a lot of information from the low end to the middle, as is typical of Gibson.
The sustain is long and smooth.

The remaining frets are approximately 70%.
The truss rod action is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and painted surface has some scratches, dings, and weather checks, and some parts are dull.
However, considering the age, the overall condition seems not bad.
