G&L is known as Leo Fender's third brand, created after Fender and Music Man.
Bassists such as Tom Hamilton (Aerosmith) and Murphy Karges (Sugar Ray) are well-known for their basses. (Titles omitted)

This model is the classic L2000.
This G&L from the three-bolt era is quite good.
While its reputation hasn't risen much, I personally predict its price will soar in the near future.

As you can see, this one has been heavily modified.
Its looks are typical of MM models.

The body is ash and the fingerboard is maple.
The sunburst finish really pops because of the white ash.

It features a manly design with a single humbucking pickup mounted on the bridge.

Its funky sound is appealing.

Approximately 80% of the frets remain.

The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition. There is a large scratch on the fingerboard near the first fret. This does not affect functionality. There appears to be a crack on the fingerboard where the 2-piece pickup is glued. This is thought to be due to wood thinning or tightening of the truss rod. There are currently no problems with playability.
The body and paint show scratches and dullness on the metal parts. One PG screw is spinning freely.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The nut has been replaced with a brass nut. Originally, there were two humbucker pickups, but a recess was made to combine them into one, and the hole was covered with a pickguard.
