Fullertone is a Japanese brand renowned for manufacturing vintage-style basses.

As you can see, this is a JAY-BEE 70, modeled after a 1970s Fender Jazz Bass.

The body is made of ash and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic wood construction.
The well-worn texture is lovely.

The pickups are believed to be Lindy Fralin.
There were no signs of them having been replaced.

The powerful low end and crisp high range, typical of JB types, are appealing.
The traditional playing feel, almost like a four-string bass, is also appealing.

The looks of this guitar are also appealing.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in poor condition, with some high-pitched tension toward the treble strings. The string height is currently adjusted to 2.2mm-3.0mm, and there is some buzzing depending on how you play.
This is a relic model, so any peeling paint or dents on the body and finish have been intentionally recreated. These are difficult to distinguish from newly acquired scratches.

The electrical system is in good condition.

No obvious modifications were found.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
