元はリペア系の仕事で高く評価され、現在は製造に注力しており、彼らの作品はその質の高さや合理的なデザインセンスによって多くのミュージシャンから愛されます。
フリーダムのベースは全て東京で製造されます。
厳しいクオリティコントロールによって使う木材は厳選されており、仕入れた木材も基準に達しないものは製品には使いません。
小規模な工房だからこそ、このようなクオリティコントロールが可能なのだと思います。
そうした意味合いでも、大規模な工場で作るものとは根本的に全く質が異なるものです。
本モデルはトラディショナルなJBをモチーフとしたレプリカモデルです。
元々はパッシブ仕様ですが、GIBにてモディファイ。
GIBオリジナルのプリアンプを搭載しています。
そのため、コントロールは2V 1Tにプラスしてブーストのみのベース及びトレブル、そしてアクティブ/パッシブの切り替えスイッチといった内容。
全音域においてスムースな弾き心地を持ちながら、サウンドは超パワフル。
あらゆるジャンルにおいて高い能力を発揮するはずです。
フレットの残りはおおよそ70%ほど。
トラスロッド及びネックの状態は良好です。
かなり弾きこまれているためにボディの状態は傷が多めで、ネックの塗装にも剥げがあります。
