Description & Condition
Description & Condition
Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that has garnered overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan and has recently begun to make a name for itself overseas.
Originally acclaimed for its repair work, the workshop now focuses on manufacturing. Their work is beloved by many musicians for its high quality and rational design sense.
All of the brand's basses are manufactured in Tokyo.
Strict quality control is applied to the wood used, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in the products.
It is precisely because they are a small workshop that this level of quality control is possible.
In this sense, too, the quality of their basses is fundamentally different from that of those made in large factories.
This model is the RHINO, a further development of the JB motif.
It has a classic configuration, with an alder body and rosewood fingerboard.
The pickups are likely Bell Bottom.
The original preamp has a two-band EQ.
Active circuits are sometimes described as having a cold sound, but playing this will make you realize that this impression is incorrect.
Warm, powerful, and speedy.
This is the ideal active JB tone.
Freedom is one of the world's best when it comes to producing Fender-style guitars.
This is their idea of a modern JB.
Approximately 95% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but has been confirmed to move about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition with no signs of high lift.
The body and paint show some minor scratches and small dents.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.

This guitar is set up using D'addario EXL strings, trusted by professional musicians.
Characterized by a powerful attack and rich overtones, these strings truly deserve to be called the standard.

GIB craftsmen will tune them for optimal playability before shipping.
