Fodera is one of the world's most popular high-end bass guitar brands.
Founder Vinny Fodera began his career as a teenager.
After working at top bass workshops like Spector and Ken Smith, he founded Fodera Guitars in 1983.
Their instruments are beloved by the world's top bass players, including Victor Wooten, Richard Bona, and Anthony Jackson. (Titles omitted)
This is Fodera's signature Imperial style.
This is a 5-string model manufactured in 2006.
The body is the familiar olive and ash combination.
The laminated neck, primarily made of maple, is joined via a neck-through joint.
It has a beautiful and sophisticated look.
The pickups and preamp are original to Fodera.
Finger lamps, likely made of ebony, have been added.
The design is well-received, minimizing the visual impact.
The playing feel is extremely smooth, and the clear, straight sound that's so characteristic of Fodera is, needless to say, superb.
At the same time (or perhaps because of it), the beauty of its design is also very eye-catching.
This is a guitar that you can really feel Fodera's unique aesthetic sense at work in both sound and looks.

The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
There are small scratches on the body and paint. There is also a noticeable dent about 1cm long and discoloration of the paint on the end of the body.

The truss rod nut was worn, so we had it repaired at GIB.
At that time, we also adjusted the fingerboard and adjusted the fret alignment.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
- Please present your signed warranty card.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new instruments and 70% for used instruments.
●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
