Description & Condition
Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
It is loved by countless top artists such as James Jemerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League.
The Precision Bass was the world's first solid electric bass with frets, and quickly captivated bassists around the world.
More than half a century after its birth, its brilliance remains unchanged and beloved.
Fender Japan started in the 80's as Fender made in Japan, but unfortunately it has been discontinued and integrated into Fender itself.
However, the brand's quality is still supported by many artists and continues to be sought after today.
This model is a PB57, based on the style of 1957.
There was no US model in the 1995 catalog.
The closest in terms of specs is the PB57-110, but the CAR color is not in the catalog.
In 1996, CAR exists on the PB57-70US, so this is most likely the case.
There was a PB62US stamp on the neck pocket.
It is possible that the body was diverted.
Overall, we think the body is alder and the fingerboard is maple.
This is a higher-end model with an alder body and US pickups.
It has a big bass sound like a PB, and the texture of the fretboard is like a burly maple fretboard.
The remaining frets are approximately 80%.
The truss rod is in good working condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paint surface is generally scratchy. There are numerous dents near the bridge and jack.
The electrical system is in good condition.
