Description & Condition
Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
Fender is loved by countless top artists such as Jaco Pastorious, Marcus Miller, and Geddy Lee.
The Jazz Bass was released as a higher-end model of the Precision Bass.
Its sharp and clear sound has been loved by many bassists, and even today it enjoys overwhelming support and a shining presence.
This model is a Fender Japan brand JB62, which was highly regarded but has disappeared.
The pickups seem to be US model, so it seems to be a higher-end model with an alder body.
The bass and rich overtones are the same as those we have heard many times on CDs and live performances.
It is the best.
The remaining frets are about 80%.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90 degrees.
The neck is twisted on the first string side, but the string height is 2.0 to 2.5mm and can be played without any problem. Scattered dents and scratches can be seen. The pegs are tarnished.
The condition of the body and painted surface shows overall dents and scratches. The bridge plate is painted in silver.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The jack has been replaced with a switchcraft jack. The pickguard and control plate mounting screws have been replaced. The strap pins have been replaced.
