Description & Condition
ESP is one of Japan's most renowned guitar brands, alongside Fender and Gibson.
It enjoys the support of numerous professional artists, with names like IKUO, Hidekazu Hinata, and Kazuhiko Nakamura known to be loyal users of the company's basses.
This is the classic AP series.
The body is constructed of ash and the fretboard is maple, both classic woods.
The 35-inch scale delivers a tight soundstage.
The pickups are Saymor Duncan SMB-4D, and the preamp is Seymour Duncan STC-3M4.
The hardware is unified by GOTOH, demonstrating the high quality of the guitar.
Both pickups can be switched between series, tap, and parallel, producing a variety of tones, including JB, PB, and MM.
With a simple turn of the master volume knob, you can instantly transform into a crisp slap tone, or even recreate the NYC sound.
I think its powerful and refined sound would be a perfect match for any ensemble.
The remaining frets are approximately 70% intact.
The truss rod is solid, but has been confirmed to operate at approximately 90 degrees.
The neck shows signs of wear, but the string height has been adjusted to 3.0 and 2.2mm, making it playable under current conditions.
The body and paintwork show signs of wear, such as scratches and dings, but there are no significant damages, and overall, it remains in good working condition.
The electrical system is in excellent condition.
A post-processed groove has been added between the neck PU and bridge PU, and a screw-mounted finger ramp is provided.
