The Stingray is a classic model that enjoys overwhelming popularity within the brand.
Alongside Fender's Jazz Bass and Precision Bass, it's safe to say it's one of the most popular basses in the world.
This particular instrument is a 1992 model.
It features a 6-bolt neck joint, a top-load bridge, and a 3-band EQ—specifications unique to that era.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
It's equipped with original humbucking pickups and a 3-band active EQ.
The Stingray's appeal lies in its powerful, punchy low end and crisp attack.
