This is a Billy Sheehan model hum cancel type PU.
It is supposed to be used on the neck side.
It has some minor scratches, dirt, sticker marks and some signs of use. Operation is good. There is about 20 cm of lead wire remaining. Resistance value is 20.5 kΩ when connected in series; continuity in parallel has also been checked.
