De Gier is a Dutch brand started by Sander De Gier in 1996.
Originally, he mainly made unique and modern bass guitars, but now he mainly makes products that emphasize the Fender style.

The brand was originally highly acclaimed, but ever since they released a JB style model called BeBop, they've become so great that they've had their hands full with that work.

Currently, in addition to the Fender style, we also have a lineup of unique models that incorporate the Thunderbird style.

I met De Gier at the Guitar Summit held in Germany in 2022.
At first glance, I had high expectations for its appearance, and the moment I played the strings once, my expectations changed to certainty.

I was impressed with the overwhelming quality of the product and started negotiations.
At first, it was difficult to sell to Japan for various reasons, but after persistent negotiations, we were able to start sales. (I held out for a long time because it was really amazing and I definitely wanted to introduce it to Japanese musicians.)

There were many other brands exhibiting at Guitar Summit, and we talked to a variety of builders.
De Gier was mentioned several times in the discussion, and his abilities seemed to be widely known.
Some builders even order their own basses from De Gier.

It is a brand that has received such great reviews in Europe and America.
And I myself have the same highest evaluation.

This model is the Fender style P base that they are best at.

The body is Alder and the fingerboard is Rosewood, a classic wood combination.
The bridge is the original style and the pegs are Hipshot.

PU is Kloppmann.
This is a German PU brand that has great support, especially among EU guitar brands.
Recently, it has started to spread outside the EU little by little.

The paint is a nitrocellulose lacquer and is finished with a relic finish.
This good atmosphere created by coloring and relic processing is one of De Gier's characteristics.
It's really high quality.

The sound is vibrant and fresh, with plenty of bass, rich middle, and juicy treble.
A sound that touches the bassist's heartstrings while satisfying the range required of a bass in an ensemble.

This is what we bassists are looking for.
We promise to impress you.
