Darkglass Electronics is a bass effects pedal and amplifier brand from Finland.
In recent years, the brand has gained worldwide popularity and is trusted by many professional bass players who are active in the forefront of their field.

This model is a simple overdrive with two different drive sounds: Alpha and Omega.
These can be freely mixed to support a wide variety of sound creation.

The rich and intense drive sound is beautiful and practical.

Controls and terminals

Blend.
Mixes the clean signal with the distortion signal. The distortion sound volume can be controlled with the Level knob, but the clean signal volume is always set to unity gain.

Level.
This knob controls the volume of the distortion signal.

Drive.
Controls the amount of distortion in the distortion signal.

Mod
Blends or selects between two independent distortion circuits. (Alpha has a clear, tight, punchy sound, while Omega has a raw, aggressive sound.)

Bite Switch
Boosts the high mid 2.8 kHz. Adds presence and definition to the sound.

Growl Switch
Shelving bass boost. Increases low-end sustain and produces a thicker tone.
