It is a subsidiary of Divider, which owns the large Asuka Factory, a guitar factory. The high quality of the products, which comes from the factory itself, is highly regarded by many musicians.

This model is a WL model, a member of the top-of-the-line WOODLINE line.

Its most distinctive feature is the roasted maple used for the neck and fingerboard.
This is also known as thermowood.

Thermowood, developed by the Japanese company Sago for use in musical instruments, was originally used in Finland as a building material for saunas.

Thermowood is highly valued for its resistance to high temperatures and humidity, and its usefulness for musical instruments is evident from its use by top manufacturers such as Sadowsky and Suhr.

A certain amount of thermowood is apparently discarded during the processing process.
Presumably, even those that will eventually warp will be played here.

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
