The neck and fingerboard are made of Roasted Maple.

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your instrument within six months of purchase, we will guarantee a full repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

● Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will provide free repairs (returns and refunds only if repairs are not possible) for any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is three months for used instruments and one year for new instruments.

Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:

- Transportation, Breakdowns and damage caused by moving, dropping, etc.

・Replacement of consumables.

・Breakdowns and damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
