Atelier Z is a professional-use bass brand widely loved by professional bassists in Japan and abroad.
Tomohito Aoki, KenKen, BOH, JINO...... (honorifics omitted), and many eminent musicians are known to be patronizing the company's basses.

This model is a custom model inspired by JB's style.
It looks like an old Sadowsky NYC or Sadowsky TOKYO.

The PU and preamp are probably original.
This preamp is comfortable to use like Bartolini TCT series, and the controls are volume, balancer, treble, and bass (with active passive SW).

The body is probably ash and the fingerboard is maple.

It has a speedy sound that comes out as soon as you play it, a pleasant comped feel, and a strong, fat, and sharp sound.
It is clean, without too much of the low B string, and has a good sense of pitch.
