A distinguished line-up of artists who use the company's products include POLYSICS, THE BAWDIES, OKAMOTO'S, and Base Ball Bear.

This is the Bottom Gear, a bass booster with a germanium transistor made by Mullard in the UK.

Germanium transistors were commonly used in the 1960s.

While sensitive to temperature changes and expensive, their sound is irreplaceable, and they are still in use today.

For example, the Roger Mayer ""Octavia,"" a favorite of Jimi Hendrix, and the Tone Bender, said to be the first British fuzz, both use germanium transistors.

The sound of this unit is captivating, with an extremely fat texture and a distinctive, bell-like, beautiful overtone.

We recommend using it not only as a booster, but also as a regular preamp.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your item within 6 months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new items and 70% for used items.

●Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects.
