Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand with top-tier musicians like Marcus Miller and Will Lee as clients.

Previously, the Metroline Express was manufactured in Japan, but as Warwick took over distribution of Sadowsky products, manufacturing shifted to a factory in China.

While keeping the selling price down, high quality is maintained, making it a very unique product in its price range.

Initially, the Metroline Express series did not feature the Sadowsky logo, but this has now been changed.

This is the newly released, long-awaited 24-fret modern model.

The body is made of Okoume, and the neck and fingerboard are made of Roasted Maple.

The body balance and sound are well thought out, resulting in a very refined and balanced finish.

The neck has a satin finish, giving it a smooth feel.

The pickups are soapbar type, and the preamp is the familiar 2-band boost EQ type.

The preamp circuit board is almost identical to that of top-of-the-line models priced around 1 million yen, which I think is a significant advantage.

The controls are volume, balance, bass, and treble.

A push-pull switch allows you to bypass the active circuit and play passively.

The powerful and crisp sound sounds a little more flamboyant than recent NYC models.

Some people might even prefer this sound based on the tone alone.

It seems that creating a product with the same high quality at the same price point is not easy.

*Defect Warranty

Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products sold by the company. The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.
