Aria Pro II is an international brand that has been active since the early days of Japanese guitar manufacturing.
As the in-house brand of Arai & Co., Ltd., a major Japanese trading company, it specializes in combining high quality with accessible pricing.
This model is a modern refinement of the DM series, which the brand originally produced in the 1960s.
The body is made of Basswood, the neck is Maple, and the fingerboard is Rosewood.
It features a streamlined, compact body and a 780 mm scale, which is slightly longer than a typical short scale, providing excellent balance and easy handling.
Its extremely light weight is another major advantage.
The pickups use a humbucking design.
Combined with the short scale, they produce a fat and bouncy tone with plenty of character.
The controls consist of one volume and one tone, along with a pickup selector.
