Description & Condition

Momose, based in Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan, produces high-grade basses and guitars.

The MJM series is Momose's flagship model with a traditional Jazzmaster shape look.
This is a so-called "Show model" manufactured by Divisor in 2023.

The body back is made of alder, and the top is made of exotic maple, a factory secret, finished in a beautiful fade color.
The wood has a complex grain pattern that cannot be described as flame or quilt, and the price of such wood has skyrocketed in recent years.
This is a truly premium model that makes lavish use of such wood.

Wenge is used for the fingerboard.
Wenge, used by brands such as Maywans, is hard and produces a tight and sharp sound.
Wenge is a popular fretboard material, as well as having a beautiful look.

Momose's original "Momose HOT ROD60 JM" PU is used.
The well-balanced and clear sound from the bass to treble range is only possible with high-end models made in Japan.
The sound when distorted is also pleasant, demonstrating its true value in a variety of genres.
