MUB is a Malaysian-based brand that manufactures high-class basses.
Builder Maurizio Caduto is originally from Italy, and his beautifully finished works, crafted with a unique sense of style, are highly regarded, especially in Europe.
The Miezo is a compact 5-string bass, approximately half the size of a typical bass.
The scale length is 18 inches, significantly shorter than the usual 34 inches.
Tuning is the same as a standard bass from the 12th fret.
The ergonomic design offers excellent balance and a feel partially similar to a full-sized bass.
The body features an African Mahogany core with a one-piece Raintree top and back.
Raintree is an unfamiliar wood, but it's what's known as Monkey Pod.
It has a neck joint-less construction, giving it a very distinctive look.
The fretboard is Ovangkol.
This bass features a single Bartolini dual-coil pickup.
The hardware is ETS/M0b, and the finish is a satin lacquer.
The short bass offers a captivating sound with beautiful harmonics.
This bass is particularly appealing to those who enjoy bass chord work or those who are drawn to higher-frequency sounds, offering a truly exceptional value.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for lifetime free "String Vibration Setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
・Please present your warranty card with your name filled in.
・Only applicable to the original purchaser at a GIB or TONIQ physical store or online shop.
・Please bear the cost of shipping and other related expenses.
● Guaranteed Buyback Price
If you sell your purchased item within 6 months of purchase, we guarantee a buyback price. The price is 50% for new items and 70% for used items.
● Warranty Against Defects
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products sold by the company. Excluding some items such as consigned goods, we will repair (or refund if repair is not possible) any malfunctions that occur during normal use within a certain warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge.
The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.
Please note that the following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
* Malfunctions and damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
* Replacement of consumables.
* Malfunctions and damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
* Malfunctions and damage caused by handling contrary to the precautions described in the instruction manual.
* Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
* If the warranty card does not have your name, model name, serial number, etc. filled in. Or, if the wording has been altered.
* If the warranty certificate is not presented or is lost.
(Warranty is only valid for purchases made in Japan.)

When you purchase an instrument, you will receive a 10% discount on the sales price when you use our trade-in service. (Consignment items are excluded. Only applicable if the trade-in value is 15% or more of the sales price.)
